Our SAPs are businesses that believe in the important work of entrepreneurs and the work of EO supporting the growth and success of entrepreneurs.

As an SAP, businesses join the EO DC community in a mutually beneficial partnership. This partnership helps them increase their visibility by being party of thriving local community of entrepreneurs. For EO DC, the partnership helps EO DC better serve its members by having access to professional services and increased funding for programs.

Key Benefits for SAPs:

  • Respect as a part of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, an exclusive organization for successful entrepreneurs who are shaping business in our region.
  • Recognition for supporting independent business, as supporting EO means your company is invested in local independent business.
  • Being part of a growing network of business owners, our SAPs are highlighted on all of our event announcements, newsletters, and website, meaning decision-makers will see and know your company.

Joseph Kim, EOS Implementor

Joseph Kim is a Certified EOS Implementer® and leadership team performance specialist who helps growth-minded teams execute with clarity, accountability, and traction.

A former CIA operative with over 800 hours of team coaching experience, Joe blends disciplined systems with a deep understanding of human behavior. He’s known for reading team dynamics quickly, surfacing unspoken friction, and guiding direct, productive conversations—even under pressure.

Joe teaches EOS in a practical, real-world way that aligns talent, raises standards, and drives measurable results—so the system doesn’t just get implemented, it actually sticks.

He has a particular focus on supporting teams with neurodivergent leaders (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, PDA), helping high-autonomy founders channel their ideas through structure. The result is less friction, more focus, and stronger team performance.

Joe also holds an executive certification in facilitation from the University of Virginia and brings advanced facilitation techniques to create immersive, high-impact team experiences.
