The Entrepreneurs’ Organization is a global membership organization for entrepreneurs committed to reaching their full potential.

EO connects entrepreneurs around the world to each other and to transformative learning and growth opportunities.

EO DC is the chapter serving entrepreneurs in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern VA region. We have members across the region, from the Chesapeake Bay, to Frederick MD, and everywhere in between. The majority of our in person events take place in the DC area (from Tysons, to McLean, to Arlington) as a central location for our members.

Joining EO means you are committed to growing as an entrepreneur and a person as a whole. It means you are not alone on your entrepreneurial journey but are part of a community of over 18,000 entrepreneurs worldwide who share that commitment. 

Our members are CEOs, Founders, and Owners of businesses bringing in at least a $1mil in annual revenue in the greater DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. Our members work in a huge range of industries and bring a wealth of diverse experiences and expertise with them. We have leaders in security, food and beverage, finance, operations and administration, HR, marketing, technology, and so much more in our chapter. EO believes in unlocking the full potential in every area of our members’ lives, that means we host events that cover a wide range of topics, from business growth to personal transformation, from strengthening leadership to adapting technology. In the past year we have had events on: Sales & Marketing, Romance & Intimacy, Conflict Desescalation, Customer Retention, Leadership Strategies, and more!

• Community – through social events, communication channels, and the global HUB, EO members can connect with fellow entrepreneurs to share their experiences, insights, and highlights. With over 200 chapters around the globe, you will have a community ready to connect and share wherever your business takes you. 

• Learning – between local events, quarterly webinars, global conferences, exotic travel excursions, and exclusive business education opportunities, EO members have almost unlimited opportunity to transform themselves through continued learning. 
• Forum – once a member has settled into their chapter, they will have the opportunity to join a Forum: a tight knit small group that meets monthly to practice radical vulnerability and honesty in an accepting judgement free zone. Frequently cited as one of the most impactful aspects of EO, Forum offers an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others.

• Meeting with our membership chair.
• Completing a financial verification document.
• Completing an applicant information document.
• Submitting a headshot.

Once all materials are received, there will be a final review which takes at least two business days.
